She handles all kinds of criminal cases in District Court and Circuit Court. In addition to returning to private practice in Maryland, Ms. Hayduk remains active on the Board of the Tennessee Innocence Project and is grateful for the opportunity to serve that organization in furtherance of her passion for ensuring justice for all in the criminal court system.Training
Ms. Hayduk attended the NHTSA based Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) training, followed by the instructor training shortly thereafter, and later co- instructed two SFST courses through her Maryland based firm. In 2014 she completed the NHTSA based ARIDE (Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement) course. She has attended two hands on 40-hour Forensic Courses held at Axion laboratories in Chicago; Forensic Chromatography and DUI Drugs. She is currently a board member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association and was a former board member of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She continues to attend and speak at training seminars nationwide with some of the best criminal lawyers in the country.
Ms. Hayduk is a zealous defender of the rights of those criminally accused. She has developed a passion for all facets of the legal process and works every case as though she were representing a member of her own family. Client communication is an important aspect of her practice, as the judicial process is not Defendant friendly, and can be overwhelming and frightening. To alleviate some of that anxiety, she seeks to ensure each of her clients has a fair understanding of the process and options at every stage. She works hard to maintain a stellar reputation among her peers, Judges, court administrative staff and most importantly her clients and her community.
Ms. Hayduk has been named by Super Lawyers to the Top Young Attorneys in the Mid South Rising Stars by Memphis Magazine beginning in 2011 and has been named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40 2012-2016. She is rated 10 by Avvo.
